The Court of Protection Bar Association has produced guidance on effective remote hearings.
Approved by the Vice-President of the Court of Protection, the guidance covers:
- Preparing for the hearing: issues; bundles; skeletons; authorities.
- Shortly before the hearing
- At the hearing: advocacy; conducting the hearing.
