Family Law Bar Association issues recommendations on complying with e-bundles in public law cases

The Family Law Bar Association (FLBA) has issued recommendations for complying with the e-bundles guidance for electronic bundles in public law cases.

The Association of Lawyers for Children (ALC) said the move comes ahead of the suspension of the requirements of the President of the Family Division's guidance for e-Bundles used in the Family Court and Family Division ending on 31 December 2022.

“From that date, all e-bundles prepared for use in care proceedings must comply with the guidance dated 29 November 2021 as amended by the President’s Guidance issued on 21 December 2021.”

The ALC said Darren Howe KC had been working with a group of practitioners, including the ALC’s Siobhan Kelly, to devise the recommendations, which can be found here.
