He was appointed as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2018, sitting part-time in the Administrative Court, King’s Bench Division and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Sheldon practised in the fields of Administrative & Public Law, Employment Law, Education Law and Local Government Law, with particular expertise on the cross-over between employment law and public law.

11KBW said: “Members of 11KBW offer Clive our warmest congratulations and wish him well in his judicial career.”

Between 1995 and 2006 Mould was on the Attorney General’s Panel and was standing counsel to the Inland Revenue on rating and valuation between 1997 and 2006.

Joint Heads of Landmark Chambers David Holland KC and Jenny Wigley KC said: “Tim fully deserves this elevation and we wish him all the best with his career at the Bench. We’re grateful for his tireless work whilst at Landmark and for all of the valuable support and guidance which he has continually provided to his peers.”

Both appointments are to fill vacancies in the High Court following elevations to the Court of Appeal and confirmed retirements.
