YPO to procure national framework of developers including £47.6m lot for legal providers

The framework will cover all types of development within construction and premises.

It has been divided into the following lots:

1. Development Consultants.
2. Development Legal Providers
3. Special Purpose Vehicle Schemes of £0 - £100m
4. Special Purpose Vehicle Schemes of £100m+
5. Development Agreement Schemes of £0 - £50m
6. Development Agreement Schemes of £50m+
7. Development Management Services, contracts of £0+

The proposal is to procure a four-year closed framework via the open procedure.

The estimated value of the framework is £26bn.

The award criteria are quality (weighting: 70%) and price (weighting: 30%).

The contract is expected to run from 19 October 2026 to 19 October 2030.
