Housing Associations' Legal Alliance names 21 firms to latest legal services framework

The Housing Associations' Legal Alliance (HALA) has appointed 21 law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £96m over four years.
The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- Lot 1: Corporate, Governance & Finance
- Lot 2: Housing & Asset Management
- Lot 3: Development
- Lot 4: Commercial Property
- Lot 5: Residential Property
- Lot 6: Employment
- Lot 7: Construction Litigation
The successful firms were:

The framework agreement is expected to run from 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2029, with a possible extension to 18 October 2030.
