Yorkshire housing association names three law firms to call-off panel

A housing association in North Yorkshire has named three law firms to a £100,000 legal services panel.
Broadacres Housing Association said appointed service providers may be requested to provide legal advice and legal services to the association and/or its subsidiary companies on a "call-off" basis.
It had divided the agreement into five Lots:
- Routine Property Transactions
- Development
- Corporate and Finance
- Housing Management
- Employment
The successful firms were:
- Ward Hadaway
- Whiteheads
- Bevan Brittan
The contract runs from 20 November 2017 until 19 November 2020.
Broadacres Housing Association provides services to approximately 6,000 homes in North Yorkshire.

£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
Regulatory/Litigation Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Contracts Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Education Lawyer
£45,091 - £51,356 per annum
Governance Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Legal Director - Government and Public Sector
