Further education group to procure fixed price, outsourced legal services

NCG Corporation said: “Appointed supplier(s) will provide measurable, high quality and high value-added legal services. This may include issues arising relating to international law where NCG would expect a provider to support on matters relating to our international school.”

The contract has been divided into the following lots:

1. Governance and Student Affairs and Commercial and Corporate.
2. Property, estates and construction and employment and pensions.

The contract is expected to run from 26 October 2019 to 25 October 2023.

NCG Corporation’s businesses includes seven colleges and two training providers. It works with 45,000 learners and 7,800 businesses every year, operating in 61 locations across the UK.
