University to procure five-supplier, £2m legal services panel
- Details
The University of Lincoln is to procure an expanded panel of advisers for legal services worth an estimated £2m over five years.
The university said it was “seeking to establish a multi-supplier panel of five suppliers to offer legal advice, support and guidance to each of the three colleges within the University and professional service departments”.
Legal services are required to cover these four core deliverable areas:
- general and commercial;
- property;
- employment and people;
- student focus.
The panel is for the university’s sole use and will run for an initial period of three years.
There will be an option for the university to extend the contract by a period of two years in yearly increments.
In 2016 the university sought to procure a framework agreement with three suppliers to cover high-level legal requirements.
