Major London and South East housing provider launches procurement of legal services framework

Hyde Housing has issued an invitation to tender to create a multiple source legal services framework agreement.

The agreement will be for the use of primarily The Hyde Group but also for the use of other public sector authorities.

The invitation to tender seeks to create a framework by inviting proposals in respect of the Legal Services lots listed below:

1. Governance, Corporate, Regulatory and Statutory

2. Treasury and Finance

3. Charging of property

4. Housing and Portfolio Management

5a. Property: Residential Property Conveyancing

5b. Property: Development and construction (and general property matters).

5c. Property: Planning

6. Employment, TUPE and Pensions.

7. Commercial, Procurement, IT, IP, Health and Safety.

The closing date is 23 May 2022 (12pm).

Hyde said the proposed duration of the framework was for four years in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. However, each member may enter in a call-off agreement under the framework agreement which can extend beyond this period.

The contract start date is 4 July 2022 and the end end date is 4 July 2026.
