Large FE college names law firm to £1m legal services contract

Capital City College Group (CCCG) awarded the contract on the basis of:

• Transferable expertise (weighting: 25%)
• Delivery (weighting: 15%)
• Innovation (weighting: 20%)
• Social value (weighting: 5%)
• Price (weighting: 35%)

The contract is for 48 months from the commencement date, with 24 initial months and the option to extend 2x12 months.

Six tenders were received.

CCCG comprises three of London’s largest colleges – City and Islington College, Westminster Kingsway College and the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London – as well as a bespoke training provider for employers and apprentices, Capital City College Training and a social enterprise, Visionnaires.
