- Details
HealthTrust Europe has issued a contract notice for a legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £40m over four years.
The agreement will require all awarded suppliers to be able to cover all mandatory specialisms of law to the required standard. These specialisms are:
- Corporate
- Healthcare including Mental Health Law
- Commercial
- Employment
- Real Estate and Property Law
- Cyber, Data Protection and Information Law
- Finance
- Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
There are, in addition, a number of specialist areas of law which are deemed optional.
HealthTrust Europe is acting on behalf of Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE). HealthTrust Europe is conducting the tender exercise and MSE will execute the resultant framework agreement with successful bidders.
The agreement will be awarded for a period of three years, with the option to extend for one period of 12 months at HealthTrust Europe's discretion.
In August 2019 HealthTrust Europe appointed ten providers to its current legal services framework, which was also worth an estimated £40m.
