Procurement organisation to procure framework for professional services - including legal - for academies

The 11-lot and nine-region framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of Legal, Audit (internal and external), Data Protection, Health and Safety, HR and Payroll services.

It is worth an estimated £89.5m over four years, with the lot for legal services accounting for £22m.

The framework agreement will be established for a period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further two periods of 12 months.

The agreement is being advertised and tendered so it can be utilised by all academy trusts in England.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 11 January 2024 (12 pm).
