Major social landlord names five firms for latest legal services framework

The framework has been divided into the following lots:

1. Corporate, Finance and Treasury (including Commercial and Employment Services)
2. Housing Management
3. Property and Development

The successful firms were:

• Brabners (lot 2)
• Devonshires (1, 2, 3)
• Penningtons Manches Cooper (3)
• Trowers & Hamlins (1, 3)
• Ward Hadaway (3)

The framework will be available to the Riverside Group and its subsidiaries including all former One Housing entities.

The framework agreement is for an initial term of two years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months up to a maximum of four years.

The contract is to cover requirements for England but excludes Scotland.
