Sir Keith Lindblom rejoins FTB as Associate Member following 15 years on the bench

Francis Taylor Building has today (6 July) announced that Sir Keith Lindblom has rejoined Chambers as an Associate Member, following a “distinguished career on the bench”.
Over Sir Lindblom’s 15-year judicial career, from his appointment to the High Court in 2010 to his retirement from the Court of Appeal in 2025, he was appointed President of the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal (2013), lead judge of the Planning Court (2014), Lord Justice of Appeal with particular responsibility for planning and environmental law (2015), President of the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the Upper Tribunal (2018), Vice-President of Tribunals (2018), Senior President of Tribunals (2020), and a member of the panel of judges sitting in the Privy Council (2021).
During his tenure in the High Court and Court of Appeal, he gave many leading judgments on cases relating to planning, major infrastructure projects and compulsory purchase.
