TLT strengthens social housing finance team with partner hire

Based in London, Chilton joins from Addleshaw Goddard, where she was a Partner in the firm's Social, Sustainable and Green Finance team.

She brings more than 25 years' experience advising on the real estate and security aspects of social and affordable housing finance transactions, acting for lenders, institutional investors, registered providers and security trustees across the sector.
