Hempsons promotes two lawyers in London to partner

Cooney is a member of Hempsons’ regulatory team and is dual qualified in England & Wales and Ireland.

She assists healthcare practitioners with regulatory matters, as well as litigation, contractual disputes and partnership disputes. Cooney is also part of the firm’s national dental team, which covers a wide range of legal issues impacting dental professionals. 

Morgan meanwhile works in Hempsons’ real estate team, with clients ranging from listed corporations to third sector organisations and NHS trusts.

He advises on the real estate aspects of reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and also has expertise in handling partnership arrangements and the development of new GP surgery premises through 3rd Party Developer schemes.

Hempsons has also promoted four solicitors to associate: Lucy Cannon (Harrogate), Stephen Maratos (Newcastle), Helen Edwards and Jonathan Pearce (both London).
