Capsticks expands housing practice with new partner and team from Clarke Willmott

Spencer Vella Sultana has joined Capsticks' housing team as a Development Partner from Clarke Wilmott, together with other team members and will be joined by further partners and colleagues due to make the move to Capsticks later this year.

The housing team now has 14 partners nationwide with ambitious plans to expand our development and housing management offerings to the sector.

Spencer has worked within the development and commercial property sector for several years, acting for social housing and developer clients in high value real estate and development transactions involving acquisition, disposals, construction and planning matters.

Head of Capsticks' housing team, Partner Philip Brown commented, “We are delighted that Spencer is joining Capsticks.  His development expertise will complement that of our renowned housing team and will be of great value to our clients throughout the country.  Spencer is the first of a number of housing specialists to join from Clarke Wilmott, as part of Capsticks commitment to our clients in the housing sector.”
