Nicola McIntosh joins family group at No5

Nicola McIntosh, formerly a member of KCH Garden Square, is to join the Family Group at No5 on 20 March.

No5 said McIntosh would maintain her existing client base but would be looking to expand her areas of practice the set via its four locations.

She is instructed in public law, private law, financial relief and TOLATA/cohabitation disputes.

On the public law front, McIntosh represents local authorities, parents, children and other parties in care proceedings at all levels.

Her work has included complex High Court cases dealing with jurisdiction, overseas adoption and Brussels II. She has represented vulnerable clients protected by the Official Solicitor.
