Capsticks hires partner to lead banking practice in housing team

Naomi Roper has joined Capsticks as a Partner in its housing team to lead the banking practice.
Roper, who joins after more than 19 years at Trowers & Hamlins, is a banking and finance specialist with a particular interest in social housing finance and ESG (environmental, social, governance).
Chimi Shakohoxha, Head of Housing at Capsticks, said: “As a team we are constantly innovating and welcoming Naomi means her skills and expertise will complement and further enhance our service offering and take it to the next level for all our housing clients.”
Senior Partner, Rachael Heenan, added: “The Housing team has seen a lot of growth in the past couple months as we strengthen the service offering for our existing and future clients. Our goal is to help them through whatever challenges they may be facing, so that their attention can be firmly focused on the communities they serve.”
Roper will be based at the firm’s London office.
