Mills & Reeve turnover exceeds £100m for 2017/18 after 14% increase

National law firm Mills & Reeve saw turnover rise to a record £106.3m for 2017/18, an increase of 14% on the previous financial year.
The firm has announced a £2m all staff bonus pool, its largest ever and equivalent to 7% of its salary bill.
This equates to a bonus of £2,273 for every full time employee who has been with the firm for at least a year, it said.
The results benefited from a merger with London law firm Maxwell Winward in June 2017, which accounted for 41% of the turnover growth.
