City council to hold soft market testing exercise for potential new case management system

Nottingham City Council is to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvass external providers of a case management systems for its Legal Services team.
The local authority said the exercise would “help us better understand what solutions are available in the market and for the council to consider the most appropriate procurement route to facilitate the purchase of a replacement system”.
It added: “This exercise will enable us to finalise a future service specification and potentially lead to us conducting an open and transparent tender process later this year.”
