9 Stone Buildings are delighted to announce that Paul Wilmshurst (formerly of 12 College Place, Southampton) has joined chambers.

Paul practices in the field of Real Property and is particularly active in the law relating to Village Greens, Commons and Rights of Way. Paul will add to the considerable strength and depth that already exists in this area in chambers.

Despite Paul’s relatively junior level of call he has very quickly amassed high level expertise in Village Greens. He has acted and advised in numerous cases as Objector, Applicant and Registration authority, including as Inspector at Public Inquiry. He has lectured on the subject up and down the country.
