Homes England issues prior information notice for 2022-26 legal services framework

Homes England has issued a prior information notice for its next legal services framework worth an estimated £40m.
The agency said providers would provide a range of property and investment related legal services.
“It is proposed that the framework will cover the following categories, routine real estate and investment, specialist real estate and corporate, bespoke and complex projects and affordable housing and home ownership,” Homes England added.

The estimated date of publication of the contract notice is 14 February 2022.
In May 2018 Homes England appointed 13 law firms to the current legal framework, which was estimated at the time to be worth £30m.
