British Library to select legal services provider to advise on complex property matters

The British Library is seeking to appoint a legal services provider that will work within its governance and statutory frameworks “to advise and transact on, structure and prepare the relevant documentation for complex property matters”.
The contract is estimated to be worth between £500,000 to £1m.
The closing date is 20 February 2024 (closing time: 12pm).
The contract is due to start on 1 April 2024 and end on 31 March 2027.
