About the speaker

HHJ Patrick Perusko

Judge Perusko graduated from Northumbria University (then Newcastle Polytechnic) in 1984, and went on to take his Law Society Finals, also at Newcastle, qualifying as a solicitor in 1988. He specialised in Family Law in private practice.  He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1998 and a District Judge in 2008.  He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2016.  He sits in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire Family and County Courts dealing with Family and Court of Protection cases.
