Leading public law QC joins Landmark from Garden Court

Public law specialist Stephen Knafler QC has joined Landmark Chambers from Garden Court Chambers.
Knafler was called to the bar in 1993 and took silk in 2010. He is a specialist in public law, but also undertakes commercial, family and criminal law cases that have public law issues.
The QC advises individuals and a range of organisations including local authorities, health bodies, commercial and statutory organisations.
He has appeared in more than 200 reported cases, with decisions in areas including community care, immigration, detention, discrimination, election law, health and mental health.
