The two day programme will include keynote speakers, panel discussions and workshops providing an overview of the local government legal landscape, updates on the latest legislation and providing solutions to some of the key challenges faced by everybody working in the local government legal arena. Additionally, there will be options to attend sessions focusing on legal talent and professional development. Selecting from a wide variety of session options throughout the two days gives you the opportunity to create a bespoke programme meeting your particular training needs. And for those at the start of a local government career who are less than 5 years PQE there will be sessions specifically designed to benefit your attendance, the opportunity for introductions to the LLG Junior Professional National Leads and others who are at the same career point.

Wednesday evening:arrival and check in at the hotel, and an informal networking evening at the hotel with dinner. Not joined the LLG conference before? Let us know and we will be happy to introduce you to colleagues.

Thursday: a full day training programme and exhibition followed by an evening drinks reception, 3 course dinner, DJ & dancing and for the first time the evening will include the LLG Awards Ceremony. Hosted by LLG and LLG’s Corporate Partner firms this promises to be a thoroughly enjoyable evening to chat to friends and to celebrate and recognise the excellence of work throughout local government.
