Housing fraud in the courts – getting the best evidence

Join Andy Lane and Sarah Salmon as they take social landlords through requirements to recover possession or obtain an injunction preventing sub-letting.

This housing fraud webinar focuses on the evidential requirements and options that should be considered and addressed by social landlords seeking to recover possession or obtain an injunction preventing sub-letting.  The webinar will address pre-action activity, pre-action correspondence and data protection questions before going on to consider the court process, the Part 18 option and witness and evidence presentation.
