Usually we host Safeguarding seminars in the Spring each year in our offices, but clearly this year we must do something different. So instead we are hosting two webinars in May. No need to travel – you should be able to access these remotely, whether you’re in your office or working from home.

We will focus on human rights. Since CN & GN v Poole BC we have all seen a much greater focus on the Human Rights Act. However there uncertainty over many issues: when are the articles actually engaged, what is the correct approach to quantifying damages, and what is the applicable limitation regime?
