Usually we host Safeguarding seminars in the Spring each year in our offices, but clearly this year we must do something different. So instead we are hosting two webinars in May. No need to travel – you should be able to access these remotely, whether you’re in your office or working from home.

We will focus on three liability issues where we have had important recent court decisions: vicarious liability, non-delegable duty and consent.
