I am delighted to invite you to a webinar on The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No2) (England) Regulations 2020 which were passed on 3 July 2020 and came into force on 4 July 2020 freeing up pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants from the Covid-19 closure restrictions.  The new regulations also swept away most (but not all) restrictions on gatherings.


The webinar will be chaired by Gary Grant and he will be joined by Charles Holland and Leo Charalambides.

They will consider:

• What premises still have to remain closed
• The increasing importance of underlying health and safety regulation and guidance
• The retreat from regulation of individuals and the role of guidance
• The precise restrictions on gatherings
