Join us at our next Property #HardwickeBrew for a look at the Position on Possession, hosted by Andrew Skelly and Katrina Mather.
With the recent publication of the new Practice Direction 55C, which will come into force on 23 August 2020, it is a good time to reflect on Practice Direction 51Z and CPR rule 55.29, and the recent Court of Appeal confirmation that all parts of proceedings involving a claim for possession are automatically stayed.
