In this engaging case study, presented by Kelham Island and Neepsend Neighbourhood Forum, attendees will learn about this award-winning development in the heart of Sheffield. 

Kelham Island is a former industrial quarter next to Sheffield City Centre which is currently being transformed into a mixed-used and residential neighbourhood. During this virtual visit CITU’s Little Kelham will be showcased as a forward-thinking example of sustainable urban regeneration.

RTPI President Sue Manns will join RTPI Yorkshire members to hear about this exciting scheme, as well as a wider discussion on urban regeneration and the benefits of planning and economic recovery from COVID-19 on a local level. Attendees will also have the the opportunity to ask questions.
