Where:

Categories:

Description

Cost: As an online event, it can be streamed direct to your desktop at home or office anywhere in the world. Normally, the price for this is £210.

This is a per organisation price so up to 20 of your colleagues can participate at no extra charge, wherever they watch it from. For recipients of this email, if you quote the "promo code" CLU5 when booking, the price reduces by 15% to £178.50  and again, up to 20 extra delegates are free. So, for example, if 10 of you want to book from the same organisation, the price, in effect, comes down to £17.85 per person.

You can either participate live on 30 September, or watch the complete recording, whenever it suits you. All those who participate live will also get a recording of the complete conference after the event.

On the morning of the same day we have another online conference, on Food Labelling and Information. If you and/or colleagues would like to attend both conferences you get a discount of 50% off for the second conference. (Only one discount applies per order). Please ask me for further details.

You can find out more about the Food Labelling conference here:

An online conference?

We trialled the format at previous online conferences very recently to reassure ourselves that, as a concept, it worked, and to make sure that sitting in front of a screen for a long time was not too big an ask for delegates. It worked wonderfully well and was as far removed from a yawn-provoking standard webinar as it was possible to be. Comments we have received so far include:

"My unvoiced fear that it would be as dull as webinars used to be when I was in practice was banished fairly quickly"

"I thought that today went very well and glitch free"

"The conference seemed all to work well and top marks...(to The Legal Training Consultancy) ... for organising and persisting with it"

"Just a quick note to say that I thought today was excellent - Well done".

My own thoughts were that, in some way, it felt even more involving than a face-to-face conference

This is hugely better than an ordinary passive webinar-based experience with one or two speakers, which would get very tedious after an hour or two. We have 6 speakers. With this interactive online conference, you will be able to participate, with as many colleagues as you want - either live, or on an on-demand, recorded basis. You will be able to take part in the live event by video, audio or text, to answer or ask questions, participate in discussions and network with other delegates during breaks.
