Using examples from real-world cases, our expert panel will examine what Environmental Information is, how to recognise EIRs, handling mixed requests, the complexities encountered with managing EIRs and how to tackle them.

The session will be chaired by Lynn Wyeth, Head of Information Governance and DPO at Leicester City Council and include Andrew White, Head of FOI Casework and Appeals at the Information Commissioner's Office and Matt Lewin, Barrister at Cornerstone Barristers.
