The speakers will give a presentation on the key issues clients are grappling with in the current climate, including the recent Government announcements around evacuation policies and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs).  There will then be an opportunity for delegates to share their own experiences, thoughts and concerns to the group.

About the Speakers:

Kathryn Kligerman, Partner, Construction

Kathryn has experience in contentious and non-contentious aspects of the construction industry in both the public and private sectors. She regularly drafts and negotiates bespoke contracts for clients as well as amendments to the standard forms such as the JCT and NEC suits. Kathryn also advises on the merits of construction disputes and represents clients in adjudication, meditation, expert determination and litigation.

Danny Frost, Managing Director, Base Quantum

Danny is the Managing Director for Base Quantum. He possess a detailed knowledge of a number of standard forms on contract including JCT, NEC & ICC. Danny is a member of the RICS and also an assessor which allows him to run Base Quantum’s APC training programme; this allows him to give something back to the industry and help train the young surveyors who will be future leaders.
