Kings Chambers is delighted to host an online judicial review conference featuring expert speakers from across the field of judicial review. The conference will cover the latest developments in judicial review and the administrative court.

Common Session [2pm start] 

Kings Chambers is delighted to host Mr Justice Knowles as the conference keynote speaker. The conference opens with a common session. Dr Sarah Nason of Bangor University will examine the regionalisation of the administrative court and a panel session to explore updates in the areas of grounds, costs, practice and procedure will conclude the common session.

 Breakout Sessions [3 – 3.30pm]

The conference then offers delegates the option of attending one breakout session in which leading barristers will discuss the latest developments in specialised fields of judicial review (planning, social care, regulatory and commercial law).
