The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 applies to all Scottish public authorities as well as registered social landlords and some companies.
This interactive workshop is designed to help you understand your obligations under FOISA and implement the required processes within your organisation. Decisions and guidance from the Scottish Information Commissioner and the Court of Session will also be discussed.
Alongside the tutor’s expert knowledge, the case studies and exercises will enhance your knowledge of the Scottish FOI regime.
