This webinar will look at, by reference to an actual case that came before the courts in 2021, the practicalities and legalities behind securing the best possible evidence for social landlords to achieve success in a sub-letting possession case.

It will consider, amongst other matters, the obtaining of evidence, use of court procedures, the merits of partnership working and the legislative overview relevant to this area of housing fraud work.
