Please join us for a special edition of our 2022 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Webinar series, focussing on the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill.

The webinar will be chaired by Sarah Sutherland (Director), who will be joined by colleague Alex Minhinick (Director), and Richard Turney of Landmark Chambers.

The Bill (the “LURB”) is giving effect to a wide range of Government proposals impacting on planning and compulsory purchase issues, some of which have potentially far-reaching consequences for the development management regime as we know it.

The compulsory purchase provisions are being read in tandem with ongoing consultation which we expect to see influence future versions of the bill as it progresses through Parliament. The speakers will be teasing out the most impactful reform proposals, and offering their take on likely ramifications. The webinar will also include a Q&A section at the end.

We hope you are able to join us and we look forward to seeing you.

Personal information provided on the registration form or collected during the webinar will be shared with the webinar organisers and speakers from Burges Salmon LLP and Landmark Chambers, who will use it to communicate with you regarding this event and for pre- and post-event administration purposes. Data regarding your attendance of the webinar will also be shared between Burges Salmon LLP and Landmark Chambers.
