Renters Rights Act 2025 – Implications for Social Housing

Due to the popularity of the breakfast briefing that was held on this on 12 November, we will be rerunning this session as a webinar.

This webinar focuses on the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 and its impact on social housing providers.

We’ll cover the implications for the sector, what the abolition of section 21 and fixed term assured shorthold tenancies will mean for products that the sector currently uses, the new grounds for possession and the intended changes for tenancy terms within assured tenancies including those covering rent increases.  This session will bring you up to date and will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about the implementation of the Act.
