In this webinar delegates will explore the basics of GDPR, UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018 and will gain an understanding of the definitions of personal and special category data and the Data Protection principles, along with gaining an understanding of what organisations have to do to comply with the law (as opposed to some of the myths that exist), along with justifying use of data, and individuals rights, and the role of the Information Commissioner as regulator.
It is an ideal introduction to Data Protection for new employees (on induction) as well as those requiring a basic knowledge of GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018.
