- Consequences of not complying with conditions (and S73 applications?)
- Consequences of not complying with approved plans (and non-material amendments etc.?)
Break mid-afternoon
- Is the development being undertaken authorised by the permission or not?
- Enforcement options (BCNs, BCENs and ENs)
