NHS England appoints consultancy to advise on creation of National Legal Services system

NHS England has appointed Deloitte to a £562,500 contract to undertake the detailed design and launch of its proposed National Legal Services system and provide system support.

The contract started on 25 March 2024 and runs until 25 March 2026.

Deloitte was appointed via a call-off from a framework agreement.

Health Service Journal reported last September that NHS England is “looking to scale back spending on legal advice by rationalising the way local organisations procure and use services”.
