North West housing association Great Places Housing Group has appointed 16 law firms to a multi-million pound legal services framework.
The social landlord, which is based in Manchester, has divided the framework into the following lots:
1. Development & Sales
2. Housing Services
3. Finance
4. Human Resources
5. Governance & IT
6. Procurement
2A. Leasehold
The successful firms were:

- Capsticks (1, 2, 2A)
- Clarke Willmott (2, 6)

Great Places Housing Group manages 19,000 homes across the North West and Yorkshire.
