North East housing association to procure £600k legal services framework

A major social landlord in the North East is to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £600,000 over four years.

Thirteen Housing Group said the framework would support its in-house team “as and when” in the following areas/lots:

Property and Development.
Employment Law.
Corporate Finance.
Commercial and Governance

The contract will be awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70) and price (weighting: 30).

Thirteen Housing Group manages 34,000 properties from North Tyneside to York.
