Birketts eyes national presence for social housing team with Hulley hire

Law firm Birketts has appointed Jonathan Hulley as a partner in its social housing team as part of a drive to create a national practice in the sector.
Hulley is a specialist in the field of housing and leasehold management law and is also known for advising social housing providers on best practice, policy and procedure.
His notable cases include: Southend on Sea Borough Council v Armour (2014) EWCA CIV 231 and Aster v Akerman Livingston (2015) UKSC 15.
He will work alongside fellow partners Pete Goddard and John Scannell.
