Social landlord names five firms to £1.8m development legal services panel

A South West housing association has appointed five firms to a panel for development legal services worth an estimated £1.8m.

Devizes-headquartered Aster Homes, which manages more than 30,000 homes, has selected:

Ashfords
Clarke Willmott
Capsticks
Foot Anstey
Sharratts (London)

Aster Homes received 17 tenders for the contract, which is expected to last 36 months.
