South Yorkshire Housing Association has appointed 13 law firms to a legal services panel worth an estimated £1.75m.
The panel has been divided into the following lots:
- Property (Lot 1).
- Development (2).
- Corporate and Finance (3).
- Human Resources (Employment) (4).
- Housing Management (5).
- General Commercial (6).
- Compliance and Governance (9).
The successful firms were:
- Anthony Collins Solicitors (Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9)
- Bevan Brittan (3, 9)
- Clarke Willmott (1, 3)
- Devonshires (1, 2, 3, 9)
- Forbes Solicitors (1, 4, 9)
- Knights (1, 2, 9)
- MSB Solicitors (5)
- Muckle (1, 2, 6, 9)
- Penningtons Manches (1, 2, 3, 6, 9)
- Shoosmiths (2)
- Trowers and Hamlins (1, 2, 3, 6, 9)
- Ward Hadaway (5, 6)
- Wright Hassall (1, 3, 5, 6, 9)
The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 70) and price (weighting: 30).
South Yorkshire Housing Association provides nearly 6,000 homes in the area and beyond.
