L&Q issues prior information notice on planned £2m legal services framework

The London and Quadrant Housing Trust is set to procure a legal services framework worth an estimated £2m.
The housing association published a prior information notice for the multi-supplier framework announcing the move last week (5 November 2021).
In its notice, the group said it anticipated the contract would have a term of 4 years.
The contract will comprise of the following six lots:
- Real Estate, Development and Charging Projects
- Property Transactions
- Housing and Leasehold Management
- Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution
- Corporate Finance
- Governance, Regulatory, Employment and Commercial
L&Q owns and manages more than 105,000 properties that house around 250,000 people.
